Delete your account

You can delete your Sagnorva account and its data at any time.

In the app

  1. Open Sagnorva and go to Me.
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is closed straight away.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm by email.

What we delete, and what we keep

  • Deleted straight away: your profile, photo, uploaded books, sign-in sessions and notification settings.
  • Kept only as long as the law requires: payment and payout records (for tax and accounting), and records of safety reports and bans (to keep the community safe), separated from your name and email.

Storytellers: any pending payouts are paid before your account closes, and identity-check records are kept only as long as the law requires.
